It is what it is

I was given this poem by a friend, and it has come at an appropriate time in life. I don't really want to go into details about what's happening but I'm pretty sure you already know, if not already guessed it.

says reason
It is what it is
says love

It is unhappiness
says caution
It is nothing but pain
says fear
It has no future
says insight
It is what it is
says love

It is ridiculous
says pride
It is foolish
says caution
It is impossible
says experience
It is what it is
says love

So yeah, there's that. It is what it is..
Also, I've been told by a man, The definition of love is that a misunderstanding between two beings. It is what it is...
