Cik Rena is a people-oriented person who is meticulous, precise and fast in approaching her work. While she is a fast worker and capable at multu-tasking, she is careful not to compromise on the quality of work output. she is careful to look into the detaills of work to ensure accuracy of information data and is quick to spot errors when dealing with large quantities of reading materials.

Cik Rena may be rigid with the set rules and regulations especially when she fails to comprehend the intent. and when she is being challengedm she is slower to provide justfication to convince others to follow the set rules and regulations (relatively weaker Reasoning). Being quite dynamic individual, she can be quite restless an impatient with monotonous or mundane work and she may not be very organised in documentation. she prefers variety in her job (this is Very TRUEEEE)
